    By using this website or engaging ProWebsite Co for services, you agree to these terms. Specific scope, fees, and timelines are confirmed in writing (quote, order form, or statement of work) before work begins.

    Services

    We provide website design, hosting-related setup, and automation workflows for UK trades businesses. You are responsible for accurate business information, lawful use of messaging, and any third-party accounts (phone, Google, WhatsApp, etc.) you connect.

    Fees and payment

    Setup and monthly fees are as quoted on our pricing and service pages or in your agreement. Monthly services continue until cancelled in line with your agreement. Late payment may pause delivery or support.

    Website guarantee

    Where we offer a setup-fee refund if you do not love the website, the conditions and scope are defined in your quote — typically limited to the website build portion, not third-party or usage-based costs.

    Liability

    We build and maintain systems with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or rankings. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period except where law does not allow limitation.
